Written by Giacomo Rimanti, an Italian-born chef raised in Tuscany and now based in Wales, the cookbook draws on his family traditions, his travels, and his day-to-day experience as a Head Chef and dad. From handmade pasta to street-food twists like Chorizo & Prawn Paella Arancini, every recipe has a story plus a little scientific takeaway to help you understand your food better.
